Titilola Marinho-Anidugbe, MD MTFL and MAAL

Titilola (Titi) Awogboro is the Managing Director specialising in the governance of Information Technology, Project, Human Capital and Quality Management in Nigeria and West Africa, and has in the past advise corporate clients in a wide variety of industry sectors.


Titi has more than 25 years’ experience in the Information Technology, Project, Quality Management and Human Capital Management fields.  In the spheres of Training & Development, she has led Six Sigma Rollout programmes for Vodacom, Skye Bank and FCMB and also led a Workforce Based Competency Alignment Programme for Huawei Nigeria.  In 2010 she designed and implemented a Vendor Management Office for Etisalat. With her broad-ranging experience and extremely strong track record of project design and delivery.  Her skills in IT Strategy & Planning, Business Development, Quality Assurance and Process Engineering are vital to any organisation that has set itself the minimum goal of Best-In-Class customer service delivery.  Furthermore, Titi’s knowhow in the Human Capital Management sphere has enabled clients to build a first rate management team and establish a demanding yet positive work culture that encourages and empowers its staff to exceed customer expectations. Titi has a BSc in Business Computing from the University of North London.  She was made a Fellow of the British Computer Society in 2013, a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality in 2009 and received her Six Sigma Black Belt Certification in 2008.   • Act as the primary spokesperson for the company.

  • Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary.

  • Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.

  • Work with senior stakeholders, chief financial officer, chief information officer, and other executives.

  • Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

  • Work with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long term goals.

  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

  • Over see day-to-day operation of the company.

Simisola Marinho, Director MTFL

Simisola was born and raised in Nigeria in 1978.  Graduating from Howard University, Washington D.C. with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2001, Simisola has worked in Washington D.C. for 18 years as an Architectural Designer and Project Manager, overseeing both base-building and interior architecture projects in various market sectors: community, residential, commercial and government. She has also designed and managed residential and government projects in the Caribbean, Gabon and Nigeria.

Currently a design manager at the design and architecture firm, Gensler, Simisola manages government and consulting projects encompassing workplace strategy, real estate and portfolio analysis and repositioning, interior design, design guidelines, furniture standards, building compliance reporting, and construction administration.  She is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects and and accredited LEED professional.

Olatunji Anidugbe, Director MAAL

Olatunji Anidugbe is a Director with over 35 years of wok experience as a enterprise systems architect with varied and vast experience in various industry’s building business solution that are fit for purposes. Mr Anidugbe has over 21 years in Information Technology. Starting his career in 1989 Mr Anidugbe has held various positions as an IT Manager in the following companies; CBN, NEXIM, British Gas PLC, Marconi Plc, BRITISH TELECOM, UBS Private Banking/Perot Systems PLC,  Abbey Financials Market UK.

In recent years Mr Anidugbe has worked as a Head IT Technical Support Manager with Zain Nigeria from 2006 to 2007 also as a Senior Oracle Applications Consultant with Atos Origin and Belgacom in Brussels from 2007 to 2008. Major areas of expertise include IT Enterprise Architecture, Data Migration, Data Integration Strategies and implementation. Other areas of expertise include Business Continuity and High Availability design and Implementation. Mr Anidugbe is an OCP Oracle Certified Professional.



As an experienced IT Consultant with objective to build and provide “UNBREAKABLE” and “IMPECCABLE” IT services to customers for  Business Applications (CRM, BI & ERP), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). He has led and implemented data migration projects in various areas of the globe and companies successfully. He has also being solely responsible for EIM and data migration Siebel projects for turn-key Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in banks. Olatunji has over 10 years’ experience in run a business as Managing Director of Plexada Systems Integrators. This role has involved the following activities:
